...Mail Out Promotion for Smaller Budgets...

Specifically with smaller independent record labels of all genres in North America and Europe in mind, we have come up with a cost effective promotion plan to help get your releases known. Over the years we have built up a thorough database of commercial and independent radio stations, magazines, fanzines and ezines as well as distributors, publicists, publishers and more on both sides of the Atlantic.

How can we help... here's a sample of some of the requests and questions we receive...

Q. We are a record label in New York, USA and want to start promoting our releases in Europe without wanting to pay a fortune?

A. By far the best solution are the Praxis mail out option plans. This is where we get the details of your release, write up and design some professional one sheets and release bios, put them in an envelope with a copy of your release and send it out to relevant magazines, radio and more (depending on your preferences).

Q. So what does it cost?

A. It depends on what you want included in your mail out. We recommend a min. 4 pages of info and a CD in a strengthened envelope (altogether weighing approx. 180g/6oz.) but again this can vary according to your preferences. To send 50 of these mail outs by priority post to destinations throughout Europe will cost you just €229 (U.S.$259). We can increase or decrease the amount to send as well as the contents of the mail out with the price adjusting accordingly.

Q. How do I save money? Why don’t I just do it myself?

A. The price includes packaging, unique page design for your one sheets and release bios (or we can use yours), postage costs and copying costs. For a U.S. band or label to send similar mail outs to targets in Europe will cost a minimum US$4.80 each in postage alone. That comes to $240 in postage for 50 mail outs before you have even purchased any envelopes or copied up any release bios.

We analyse your release and come up with the best destinations for your package.
